What we do

Four disciplines, one team. We take mandates where our judgement changes the outcome, and we stay involved until the transaction is closed and the financing is in place.

Mergers & acquisitions

Sell-side · buy-side · partner search
Seller ECP Investors → 1 buyerClient

We run the full sale or acquisition process: valuation, transaction structure, information memorandum, data room, investor outreach, negotiation and coordination of legal, tax and audit advisers through to signing.

  • Company sale and succession
  • Acquisitions and add-ons
  • Minority and growth capital
  • Shareholder separations

Financial structuring

Debt · equity · restructuring
BeforeAfter EquityMezzanineSenior debt

We design and negotiate financing that fits the business rather than the other way round: acquisition finance, refinancing, recapitalisation and debt restructuring, with direct negotiation with banks and funds.

  • Acquisition and project finance
  • Capital structure optimisation
  • Bank and fund negotiations
  • Debt restructuring

Strategic advisory

Due diligence · valuation · strategy
DCFTrading multiplesPrecedent dealsLBO Value range

Financial and strategic due diligence, business plans and valuations that stand up in front of investors and lenders. We identify where value is created and where it leaks, and build the plan around that.

  • Buy-side and vendor due diligence
  • Valuation and fairness opinions
  • Business plans and models
  • Market mapping for investors

Project management

Execution · performance · governance

Where a transaction or a turnaround needs hands on the wheel, we take operational responsibility: steering the workstreams, the advisers and the timetable, and improving profitability and cost base along the way.

The firm

Intentionally small. Every mandate is led by a partner who has sat on the other side of the table, as owner, CFO and investor.

Euris Capital Partners was founded in Zagreb in 2008 as an independent corporate finance adviser. We work for domestic and international clients across South-East Europe: family-owned companies, groups, financial investors and institutions.

Our team combines international investment-banking experience in corporate finance, transaction services and valuation with operating experience in running companies. That combination shows in the advice: realistic about what a business can carry, precise about how a deal should be structured, and persistent in getting it done.

How we work

01

Independence

No lending book, no fund to place. Our only interest is the client's outcome.

02

Senior attention

The people you meet at the first meeting run the process to the end.

Regional depth

Long relationships with owners, banks and funds in Croatia and the wider region.
